MailChannels: Reporting false-positive spam email in

There may be situations when email you send is returned back to you and marked as spam. 

This is because all outbound emails are scanned for potential spam — user can mark the returned email as a “false positive” and send the message successfully. The bounced message as spam is sent to you, which does contains information on how to manage a suspected spam message. 

1. Log into your webmail and view your messages. The bounced message suspected as spam appears as follows:

Clicking the link in the email will open MailChannels insights dashboard but the one you see may be different.

 
2. An email status box opens in MailChannels 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
3. Click the Not Spam button to mark the message as a false-positive email.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
4. Click the Confirm button when the pop-up box appears, which confirms that the message wasn’t spam and you’re reporting it as a false positive.
 
After you confirm it, the following success message appears:
 
 
 
 
 
Reporting a message as a “false positive” will not automatically resend the message. You will need to manually resend the bounced message afterwards.
